Yummy Cheese Omelette – Easy Egg Breakfast Recipe – Kitchen With Amna

How to make Yummy Cheese Omelette for your Breakfast time. Quick and Easy Egg Breakfast Recipe by Kitchen With Amna.

Ingredients:

Eggs 4
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup
Capsicum 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Onion 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Tomato 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Oil 2 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add eggs and Salt, Black Pepper Powder and whisk it well and then add Capsicum, Onion, Tomato and mix it.

Step 2: Now take a pan/tawa and add oil and heat it and then put all eggs batter and cook it on medium to low flame. When one side is cooked then turn it and spread Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese on it. When second side cooked then fold it. Now Slightly cook it until cheese melted. Your Cheese Omelette is ready. Serve it with Bread or Paratha.

I think this oil is at least 4 tble spoons instead of 2 as told by you

Poora galat hai aise nahi banate bura mat maniyega but yeh tarika galat hai
Sab sahi hai bus tarika galat sahi tarika ke liye isko thoda alag kariye jaise ki cheese ko bowl main fine peace karke acche se hilaye phir normal cook kare cheese ander ke melt hoga aur pak jayega because aapne jo kiye woh aalo paranthe par accha hai bad main butter lagane jaise yeh cheese omelette hai yahan stuffing chahea cheese ki dressing nahi
